GCH Harley de Hemert "Toby" takes Best of Breed at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York City under the respected judge Michael Faulkner. Thank you judge for recognizing him in a great line up of Kooikers. Toby was handled by Jessica Herzon from XK9Services. Thank you Jessica none of this would be possible without you. You and Toby truly complete each other out there in the ring. We are beyond blessed for having you.
Toby was bred by Stan & Judi Van Hemert of the De Hemert Kennel. Can not express how grateful I am that you chose me to be his mom.
We here at Sunshine Kooikers could not be prouder of this 2 year old boy. He has worked hard and that hard work paid off. Toby loves the show ring and Tuesday he proved that. Can't wait to see what the rest of the year holds for him.
Best of Opposite Sex went to Lucia (Alyssa Kimmeth, owner), Select Dog went to Jedi (Alyssa Kimmeth, owner) and Award of Merit went to Luke (Jody Bambury-Desroches, owner). Also representing Kooikers in the purple and gold ring was Charlie (Sarah Brown, owner). Congrats to all of you, just being there was a great accomplishment.
